Food: pina colada smoothie

An absolutely perfect post-workout drink. Pineapple, banana, coconut milk, some chilled green tea, ice and a couple of scoops of vanilla protein powder.

The pretty little sprig of mint is optional. It was like drinking a warm sunny day, with my feet dipped into the ocean. Not bad for Streatham Hill.
